The 31-year-old, born Radric Davis, appeared in an Atlanta court Tuesday (Sept. 13) and pleaded guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct, according to Dekalb County Solicitor-General Sherry Boston.
Mane's admission of guilt stems from an incident dating back to Jan. 28, when he was taken into custody, charged with misdemeanor battery, released until April and then returned to jail to serve time for pushing 36-year-old Diana Graham out of his Hummer while driving down an Atlanta street. The tattooed rhymer reportedly offered the victim $150 to perform a sexual act but resorted to the act of violence once she refused his request.
Gucci Mane will serve six months in jail and receive probation upon his release, which was revealed by State Court Judge Eleanor Ross. In addition Mane, who was set to release a joint album with Waka Flocka Flame titled 'Ferrari Boyz,' must complete 12 weeks of anger management classes, pay $5,091 in restitution to Graham for her medical bills and pay a $3,000 fine.
