J. Cole kicked it on the couch with Mark Hoppus on his Fuse talk show “Hoppus on Music” today in New York City. The Roc star discussed his No. 1 album Cole World, working with Jay-Z and Beyoncé, and his rise to the top (Cole beat Mark’s band Blink-182 on the albums chart). He also performed on the episode, which airs Friday.
During his interview with Hot 106′s “Rise & Grind Morning Show,” Cole announced a June release date for his sophomore album. “I got songs that didn’t make the last album that are automatically gonna make this one,” he said.
Meanwhile, he is keeping busy promoting his current project. The next single will be “Nobody’s Perfect” featuring Missy Elliott.
