Machine Gun Kelly & Waka Flocka Get 'Wild' -- Listen

Bad Boy's great white hope Machine Gun Kelly has teamed with up with Brick Squad rapper Waka Flocka Flame on a new song entitled 'Wild Boy.'

The 21-year-old Cleveland, Ohio rapper, who signed with Diddy back on August 3, released the high energy club single 'Wild Boy' on the 'net last night (September 1), but his hometown fans got first listen, via Cleveland's Z107.9, who debuted the song earlier in the evening.

"If you plan on whoopin somebodys ass, raging, or just getting black out drunk...do it to [this song]," Kelly tweeted, in anticipation of playing the song on the radio.

Dropping yet another Lebron James dis in the wild-out anthem, MGK attempts to resurrect Kurt Cobain, while Waka Flocka incites a riot on the Lex Luger-helmed heater, rapping "Cobain's back, Cobain's back, got these crazy white boys screamin' Cobain's back/ I call my weed Nirvana, smells like teen spirit."

"Waka randomly came to my show and raged IN the crowd with me. after that we created 'Wild Boy,' no industry politics, just REAL s---." The Cleveland MC explained of the collaboration.

MGK shot a video for his mixtape cut 'Stereo' on Monday (August 29), which was directed by Colin Tilly, who has previously shot clips for Chris Brown, Diddy and Justin Bieber.

Machine Gun Kelly is currently hard at work on his Bad Boy debut, 'Lace Up,' which is due shortly.

Keri Hilson Screams at Assistant Over Wardrobe

Considered squeaky clean by diva standards, Keri Hilson appears to be building a little bit of a rep, appearing in headlines once again for acting out.

A month after she raised the ire of mourning Amy Winehouse fans by tweeting that she had "resurrected" the recently deceased singer to party with her, Hilson popped up in the New York Post yesterday (Sept. 1), for losing her temper at her assistant after a performance in Las Vegas.

According to the Post, Hilson narrowly avoided a scrap with her assistant after performing at Haze at the Aria Resort and Casino on Saturday (Aug. 27), when she realized that she had neglected to remove a tag from the black harem pants she wore on stage.

"Hilson lost it," revealed the Post's source. "She was screaming at her assistant for 'not being able to do anything right.' [She] railed that the assistant also forgot to 'pack her eye drops and throat spray.'"

However, her aide apparently did not take the outburst sitting down, reportedly countering with an "Oh hell no!" before Hilson's bodyguard and manager were able to intervene.

The 'Pretty Girl Rock' singer's rep has since denied that any such altercation took place, telling the Post, "Keri did ask her assistant to bring her eyedrops/throat spray as she was feeling under the weather, but there was no altercation. Keri has had the same road staff, from assistant to security, for a few years now."

Following the show, Hilson tweeted her appreciation for the fans who came out that night, and gratitude to the club's staff, "Shout out to all the PARTY PEOPLE at HAZE tonight!!!! Much love to promoter, mgr & staff for takng great care!!"

Hilson is currently finishing up the second leg of Lil Wayne's I Am Still Music tour, which hits Mountain View, Calif., tonight, with Rick Ross, Far East Movement and Lloyd. The tour concludes on Sept. 11. Check out the rest of the dates here.

Kelly Rowland Sings in the Shower [Video]

Kelly Rowland

Kelly Rowland can command an audience on and off the stage. The “Motivation” songstress was secretly filmed by her assistant singing in the shower. Kells, who kicks off her tour with Chris Brown later this month, showed off her vocal chops with a soaring rendition of “Part of Your World” from Disney’s The Little Mermaid. “I’m a black mermaid,” declared Kelly after realizing she was being taped. Those hoping to get a peek of Kelly’s other assets are out of luck.

Lil Wayne’s ‘Tha Carter IV’ Closes in on a Million in First Week

Lil Wayne

Can Lil Wayne do it again? The hip-hop crusader is narrowing in on the million mark with his long-awaited album Tha Carter IV, according to the latest sales estimates.

HITS Daily Double reports that the Young Money rapper shows no signs of slowing down as the Labor Day weekend approaches. Initially expected to do 850,000-900,000, the follow-up to Tha Carter III is now on track to move 925,000-975,000 copies in its first week and could top a million by the time final figures are announced next Wednesday.

As it currently stands, Weezy is poised to have the second biggest sales week of the year. Lady Gaga holds top honors with 1.1 million units of Born This Way, released in May.

Many questioned whether C4 could replicate the success of its predecessor, which opened with 1,005,545 when it debuted in June 2008 with the chart-topping singles “Lollipop” and “A Milli.”

Houston Declares August 30 Official 'Bun B Day'

After years of being overlooked as an MC, Houston rap legend Bun B is finally receiving the recognition he deserves.

Houston's mayor, Annise Parker has officially dubbed August 30 "Bernard 'Bun B' Freeman Day' in honor of the widely respected UGK rapper. On Tuesday (Aug. 30), Bun B, who taught a course on Religion at Rice University earlier this year, was presented with the honor at Houston's City Hall, in front of a standing-room-only audience.

Bun thanked Mayor Parker for recognizing his attempts to support his city, and said that he will be available to the city council, whenever the need should arise, asking only that people remain accountable to the city's children, as well.

"I'd like to take this opportunity to tell the City Council that I am available 24-7/365 when it comes to the children of Houston as well as the surrounding cities and communities. Whenever the city needs me, I am more than willing and able to answer the call," Bun said, according to the Houston Press.

"I ask everyone who is here present today, as well as those who may see this on TV or the internet later, to do their part as well," the rapper stated. "Let's not forget the children of Houston. Let's make sure that they are accounted for, that they are looked after, and that they are loved and cared about."

Incidentally, "Bernard 'Bun B' Freeman Day" falls on Houston's 175th birthday. So trill

T.I. Hauled Back to Federal Prison for Tour Bus Transport

Just one day after his release from an Arkansas federal prison, T.I. is back in federal custody. The 'Live Your Life' creator apparently used a questionable mode of transportation to move from the prison to a halfway house located in Atlanta, Ga.

According to T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, prison officials opposed the use of a tour bus T.I. rode in to be transported from the Forrest City Federal Prison in Arkansas to the Atlanta halfway house. "[The Federal Bureau of Prisons] has moved T.I. to a different facility," Sadow stated. "There appears to be confusion surrounding the method of transportation."

The 30-year-old, who last released his seventh studio album, 'No Mercy,' in 2010, apparently arranged his own travel, which turned out to be a luxury tour bus, without informing prison officials of the ride he'd be using. As a result, on Thursday evening (Sept. 1), the U.S. Bureau of Prisons' website noted T.I. being held at an Atlanta penitentiary. He currently has a release date of Sept. 29.

TMZ spoke with law enforcement officials who disclosed that an incarcerated prisoner in a low or medium security prison is allowed to use a private, unescorted mode of transportation, however, the prisoner must specifically state what kind of vehicle will be used.

T.I. reportedly never informed prison officials he would be taking a tour bus, but rather a van.

Tupac Shakur's Mom Says She Never Smoked His Ashes

Since Tupac Shakur's rap group the Outlawz publicly confirmed the rumors that they smoked the late MC's ashes at a beach-side memorial service in Las Vegas in 1996, their tale of rolling up "the big homie" into a blunt with some "California kush" and lighting up spread like wildfire through the media. Now, a rep for 'Pac's mother, Afeni Shakur has come forward to deny her knowledge or permission of any such honorary shenanigans.

According to Afeni Shakur's rep via TMZ, she would "never participate in smoking her son" and neither would anyone in the family. If such ceremonial toke partaking took place behind her back the Outlawz "would have had to sneak the remains past the family member in charge of keeping an eye on the ashes at the memorial."

"Yes, it's definitely true," Young Noble told Vlad TV earlier this week. "We ... had a little memorial for him with his mom and his family ..." E.D.I. added that it was 'Pac's last wish, "If you listen to Black Jesus, he said, 'Last wishes, n----s smoke my ashes.' That was a request that he had. Now, how serious he was about it? We took it serious."

Chris Brown Tosses $22,000 Rolex at VMAs, Fan Returns It

While the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards audience sat and watched Chris Brown's high-flying performance, little did anyone know that a surprising transaction occurred between the 'Look at Me Now' Best Hip Hop Video nominee, his $22,000 watch, a bodyguard and a fan, TMZ reports.

Looks like Breezy forgot to take off his watch -- "a Rolex with a white oyster face and diamond-encrusted bezel" -- as he began performing onstage, which lead him to attempt a toss the jewelry to a safer place. You'd think it slipped off as he was hovering Christ-like and crazy-flipping-off-a-harness above the audience, but that wasn't the case. CB haphazardly sent the watch flying into the crowd surrounding the the stage.

When his bodyguard went off into the crowd to investigate the whereabouts of the watch and asked if anyone had seen it, someone decided honesty was the best policy and returned it. "Chris did not get to meet the fan, he is very appreciative of the fan's actions," says Chris Brown rep.

Well, Chris Brown may have lost his nomination to Nicki Minaj, but at least he didn't lose his watch!

Rick Ross Says Album With Drake, Lil Wayne Is Likely

In the world of hip-hop and R&B, collaborative albums are usually not very successful, but the popularity of Jay-Z and Kanye West's 'Watch the Throne' release proves that the tide is changing.

In light of the positive response to 'WTT,' which debuted atop the Billboard charts in mid-August, hip-hop heavyweights Rick Ross, Lil Wayne and Drake may be looking to follow suit.

According to DJ Khaled, the end result of the trio joining forces for an album would be epic. "I would love to see a Rick Ross, Lil Wayne and Drake album," Khaled tells The BoomBox. "I would love to be a part of that. Maybe that'll happen one day."

Likening himself to the hip-hop version of Berry Gordy and famed producer Quincy Jones, Khaled has turned his self-assured mantra -- "we the best!" -- into multi-million dollar success, working with the likes of Usher, T.I., T-Pain and Diddy, just to name a few. Yet, it's his relationship with Wayne that stands out as one of his closest friendships. "He's an amazing friend, great person and is always supporting his friends," Khaled shares. "There's no way to explain how his friendship is; it's so real."

Since Drake, Wayne and Ross are all busy working on their solo projects, no official plans for a collaborative album have been made just yet, but it's not totally out of the question. "It's a possibility," Ross added. "You know those are my brothers. We were in the studio with Drizzy [the other] night 'til six, seven in the morning, you know what I'm saying? Of course Lil Wayne, that's the family. I think the moves being made in music right now is good for music, and it's good to see black executives making those power moves, such as 'Watch the Throne' and the pop-up stores and the [MTV] VMAs. [We're] just celebrating the way they're being strategic."

In the meantime, Ross is focusing on his forthcoming solo release, 'God Forgives, I Don't,' as well as running his Maybach Music Group record label, home to D.C. rapper Wale and newcomer Meek Mill. "It's going to be the best variety of music I put together," Ross said of his fourth album. "That'll be coming soon as well as [new music] from Maybach Music. November 1, look for Wale's new album, 'Ambition.' That's phenomenal. That's something that I'm real excited about."

Kid Cudi Denies Being Told to Stop Smoking at 2011 MTV VMAs

Amidst the various altercations, pregnancy announcements and cross dressings that occurred on and off the stage at the 2011 MTV VMAs this year, Kid Cudi has made an attempt to clear the record regarding a bit of gossip recording his antics on Sunday night (Aug. 28).

TMZ reports that the 'Day 'N' Night' rapper was caught smoking in the audience, while Lady Gaga took the stage to accept her award for Best Female Video, ignoring the Nokia Theatre's strict no smoking policy.

Though TMZ claims that "honchos" at the VMAs promptly dispatched an usher to chastise Cudi, who "was asked to put it out and he complied," the G.O.O.D. Music signee denies the claims, contending that he was never approached, nor warned, but rather put out his cigarette of his own volition when he was done.

"Lets be clear, last night NO ONE told me to put my cigarette out, I was done smoking it," he writes on his website. "NO ONE approached me, not once. Be clear!!!"

While the truth regarding the smoking incident may never come to light, MTV has confirmed his involvement in another VMA moment -- when Tyler, the Creator fell off the stage after receiving his award for Best New Artist, he fell into the arms of none other than Cudder and Kanye West.

Kid Cudi is currently hard at work on his forthcoming 2 Be Continuum rock album 'Wizard,' and his third solo LP, 'Man on the Moon III.'

Chris Brown Propositioned by Lindsay Lohan

Infamously embattled actress, Lindsay Lohan, asked out infamously embattled singer, Chris Brown, via Twitter, on Sunday (Aug. 28).

LiLo, 25, has her sights set on C-Breezy, 22, if her post-MTV VMAs tweets are any indication. Following Chris Brown's elaborately choreographed VMA performance, during which he flew and flipped through the air, Lindsay took to her Twitter page to let it be known that she was impressed with what she saw.

"@ChrisBrown killed it. #MTVVMAs," she tweeted on Sunday night, a tweet which Brown then retweeted. Monday (Aug. 29), Lindsay sent Chris a follow-up tweet, asking "@chrisbrown wanna meet?" Brown posted no response to Lohan on his Twitter page.

Breezy remains on probation and under a restraining order for his 2009 beating of then-girlfriend Rihanna, and executed further violent outbursts on such occasions as his notorious chair-hurling appearance on 'Good Morning America' back in March.

These days, Lohan is known more for her trips in and out of rehab and prison for her hard-partying ways, and for her inappropriately sexy courtroom couture, than for her acting. She recently made headlines for a lawsuit she filed, aimed at rapper Pitbull, who included "disparaging" and "defamatory" lines in his hit 'Give Me Everything' about the actress.

Do you think Chris and Lindsay should hook up, or is this a drama-filled disaster waiting to happen?

First Photos of T.I. Since Prison Release

T.I.

T.I. has been off the scene for 10 months, but not much seems to have changed appearance-wise. The Associated Press has snapped the first photos of Tip since he was released from an Arkansas prison earlier today. The dapper rapper sported a striped polo shirt, shorts, and a rubber band around his wrist as he entered an Atlanta halfway house, where he will spend the remainder of his sentence. He’s wasting no time getting back to work, prepping a new album, fictional book (Power & Beauty), and TV series for VH1. Welcome back, Tip!

Beyonce's Unborn Child Stars in Animated Skit -- Watch

It's going to be a long five months.

Following Beyonce's surprise announcement on Sunday (Aug. 28) that she's four months pregnant -- news that overshadowed all else at that evening's VMAs -- the world has been unable to talk about anything else. In Taiwan, the crazy-pants computer animators at NMA.tv got straight to work on a video -- you can view the visuals after the jump -- depicting the birth of Beyonce and husband Jay-Z's child, imagining the kid as a sort of pop messiah.

The minute-long clip defies description, but here's a quick synopsis: After Beyonce, who's dressed as the Virgin Mary, delivers in a manger, a proud Jay-Z presents his progeny to paparazzi photographers -- the modern equivalent, it seems, of the three wise men.

Later, Kanye West drops by, leaving a "best pregnancy of all time" sign on B's belly, and then the action shifts to the future, as the little tyke tries its hand at rapping like dad and dancing like mom.

Toward the end of the clip, a suspiciously light-skinned Nicki Minaj plays nanny, changing a diaper while the voiceover narration stops speculating on which vocation the child will choose -- rapper or pop star -- and drops a nugget of truth.

"Whatever the case, one thing is for certain," the English subtitles read. "This baby will be stinking rich."
