T.I. Releases First Song Since Prison, 'I'm Flexin'' -- Listen

Less than two days since T.I. was released from the Atlanta halfway house where he just finished serving out his prison sentence, the self-proclaimed King of the South has dropped a brand new street single, 'I'm Flexin'.'

The piano-powered track was produced by Big K.R.I.T., who also appears on the hook, but T.I.'s double-time flow is the clear star, showcasing the Grand Hustle boss's sharp delivery over three pointed verses.

"Feds want me back behind that wall/ That's the only place that I can't go/ I'm focused, dogg, and I ain't with that f-- s---/ Think it's sweet but it ain't though," he raps. "My hustle grand, my money long/ My spot on top but y'all want that/ My position vacant, my crown away/ But my throne is empty, I own that."

"The record is hot," longtime collaborator DJ Drama said of 'I'm Flexin',' in an interview with MTV. "Big K.R.I.T. deserves it. He's been working for a long time. So they're both fans of each other, so sh-- is definitely gonna be a nice sound for the ear."

T.I. logged a trio of guest features, as well, while in the halfway house, contributing a verse to 2Chainz' 'Spend It' remix, Future's 'Magic' remix and Young Jeezy's 'F.A.M.E..'

Tip will be celebrating his release with a brunch on Sunday (Oct. 2), which Diddy contributed 150 bottles of Ciroc for. He will also be publishing a novel, 'Power & Beauty,' on Oct. 18, and starring in a VH1 show, which will in December.
