Grammy winner Chris Brown launched his new exclusive line of collectible toys called Dum English with designer Ron English yesterday (May 2) in Hollywood, CA. A happy Breezy signed autographs and took photos with fans as he premiered his newest business venture.
A montage chronicling the creative process behind the making of the collection was on display, including sketches and moldings. Brown and English also painted together for guests on a life-size Dum English sculpture.
A huge fan of English, Chris Breezy recently stated, "Hands down right now my guy is Ron English. Ron has to be the more creative, 'out there' artist I see. His work is so precise but at the same time so unorthodox. I think it's incredible to be able to see him do what he does and be a fan."
All proceeds will go to the Symphonic Love Foundation, which aims to provide support and funding for arts programs dedicated to women and the artistic development of children.
Depending on the success of the first launch of the initial 1000 pieces, Dum English plans on product expansion with sneakers, fashion, etc.
Brown is scheduled to release his fifth studio album Fortune on July 3, 2012.
