Boyz II Men to Appear on Justin Bieber's Holiday Album

R&B icons Boyz II Men are set to appear on Justin Bieber's Christmas album, on a track entitled 'Falalalala.'

The 17-year-old singer tweeted to announce his collaboration with the Philly group on the forthcoming holiday album, which will also feature Sean Kingston and Taylor Swift. He cited them as an early influence, and stating that he is "honored and blessed" to have had the opportunity to work with the 'End of the Road' singers, who made an appearance in his 3-D film 'Never Say Never,' earlier this year.

"2day i woke up and realized that the group that made me want to sing @BoyzIIMen are now on the christmas album singing with me. #DREAMBIG," Bieber tweeted. "i used 2 listen to their music and practice the runs. that is how i learned how to sing. now im in the studio with them making music 2gether."

Boyz II Men returned Bieber's praise in kind, and extended an offer to collaborate on their new album, writing, "It was a pleasure! Remember what we talked about in the studio Lil bro! Let's do it again sooner than later!! ... We got love for u lil bro!! Thank YOU."

The trio subsequently dropped by MTV, where they discussed their collaboration, and continued to shower the 'Baby' singer with kind words.

"He told us his mom didn't want him to sing 'I'll Make Love to You,' so he'd sneak and go sing it somewhere," Boyz II Men singer Wanya Morris revealed. "It's also good to know we've influenced such a good artist. It's something that makes us feel we've accomplished [something and] we're doing our job, [that] a guy so young and so into his craft [is] influenced by three guys from Philadelphia that love to sing."

While Justin Bieber's holiday album has yet to receive a confirmed release date, Boyz II Men will be releasing a new album entitled 'Twenty,' in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their debut release, 'Cooleyhighharmony,' which will hit shelves on Oct. 25.

The 21-song double LP will feature 11 new tracks and 10 updated versions of past hits like 'End of the Road,' 'Motownphilly,' 'I'll Make Love to You' and more. Check out the tracklisting here.
